Welcome to the upcoming parenting seminar! To make the most of your experience, I invite you to complete some homework before the seminar.

First, please complete the Parenting Styles and Dimensions Questionnaire (PSDQ) to help you identify your primary parenting style.

Next, please complete the PSDQ for Your Parents to give you insight into your parents’ parenting style.

Each of these questionnaires will take 10-15 minutes to complete. After you have finished each, you may include your email address to receive an electronic copy of your results, or you may print the result page to bring it to the seminar.

Finally, please answer the questions below to help me include issues and questions that are important to you.
